Susukino is one of the great night districts of Japan. It is also, for a visitor who does not read Japanese, one of the hardest to navigate — unclear pricing, street touts, and rooms full of strangers.
LinDa is the opposite of all of that. When you reserve, the lounge closes to everyone else. There is no cover charge to discover later, no table beside yours, and no one to negotiate with at the door. The price you see is the price, tax included.
Your host speaks English. Japanese whisky is opened at your table. A fruit carving is presented and cut in front of you, and each guest leaves with a gift.
Reservations are required — the lounge is not open to walk-in guests.
Every plan reserves the whole lounge for your party alone, for the length of the plan. Up to 4 guests, and the price is for the room rather than per person. Larger parties by arrangement.

Yes. The lounge is by request only and does not accept walk-in guests. We reply to every request personally.
Yes. English and Japanese are both spoken. Please tell us your preferred language in the form.
One to four guests is recommended. Larger parties can be arranged — please ask.
20:00 – 24:00. Closed on Sundays and Japanese national holidays.
Because the yen figure is the amount actually charged. Exchange rates move daily, so a figure in your own currency would be out of date and would not match your statement.

The plan price is paid in advance by card, in Japanese yen, through our payment provider. Nothing further is due for the plan itself. Anything you order beyond the plan on the night is settled at the bar. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club are accepted.
The whole lounge is reserved for your party for the length of your plan, so a booking takes that time off sale. Paying in advance also means there is nothing to settle at the end of the night, and no surprise about the exchange rate or whether your card will work abroad.
Once your reservation is confirmed, 50% of the plan fee applies if you cancel. From 4 days before your date onwards, 100% applies. If we cancel, you are refunded in full. The full wording is in Before You Book.
As early as you can. The lounge is reserved for your party alone during your plan, so popular dates and times fill first — especially weekends and the snow season. Note also that from 4 days before your date, a cancellation is charged in full.
Yes. The lounge is closed to other guests for the duration of your plan. Photography inside the venue is generally not permitted, except where a member of staff has given permission.
At the time you reserved, not the time you arrive. A 2-hour plan booked from 20:00 ends at 22:00 even if you arrive at 20:30. Please come for your start time.

LinDa is a private hospitality club. Your evening is for conversation, food and drink, in a room reserved for your party alone. The following are not permitted:
If we judge that a guest has acted inappropriately, we may end the evening and ask the party to leave, even while the plan is still running. No refund is given in that case. Damage to the venue or anything in it is charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
We run to the time you reserved. Your evening is counted from the start time you booked, not from the time you arrive. If you arrive late, the end time does not move.
These fees apply once your reservation has been confirmed, and only to cancellations made for your own reasons.
